ABOUT YOUR REAL PROJECT
From Learning to Measurable Impact
STEP 1: Align The Real Project & KPI
For company-sponsored participants, an alignment meeting with the participant, their manager, and the mentor identifies a real workplace project and the KPI it should improve. Individual participants work directly with the mentor to select a project and KPI that are relevant to their role and within their influence.
STEP 2: Build The Project Roadmap
The selected project is translated into a clear execution plan. The participant defines the baseline, target result, timeline, key actions, milestones, data sources, and support required so that progress can be monitored throughout the mentoring period.
STEP 3: Execute With Mentor Guidance Regularly
The participant implements the project and tracks progress against the agreed roadmap, milestones, and KPI. Mentoring sessions are used to review evidence, discuss obstacles, evaluate decisions, and refine the next actions. The mentor provides guidance and feedback, while responsibility for project execution remains with the participant.
STEP 4: Review The Results and Impact
At the end of the project, the participant presents the results and compares the final KPI performance with the baseline and agreed target. Company-sponsored participants complete the review with their manager and mentor, while individual participants review the results directly with the mentor. The discussion identifies the improvements achieved, remaining gaps, key lessons, and next actions needed to sustain or strengthen the results.
